Our extra large apple pie serves approx 8 people. Filled with chunks of Bramley apple with a short crust pastry made with maize flour. The beauty of using this type of flour is that is gives a delicious ‘melt in the mouth’ texture & flavour & contains only a small trace of wheat or gluten.
