Traditional recipe caesar made fresh using Romaine, cos or iceberg lettuce from our Kent farm suppliers, carefully selected for us for their freshness and quality, free-range chicken steamed & then oven-roasted for tender pieces. Decorated with parmesan shavings & fresh, marinated anchovies. Serves 6-8. Presented in a see-through container. Supplied with a separate caesar dressing. Please state if you do not wish to have the anchovies. Two days notice required.
