A really delicious salad made with fresh salad leaves from our Kent farm suppliers, black olives, tomatoes, free range eggs, French beans, tuna, & Kent new potatoes. Serves 6-8. Presented in a see-through container. Supplied with a separate dressing we’ve prepared of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sweet baby basil & a hint of dijon mustard. Two days notice required.
